I don't know about you, but I loved Claires back in my teenage days. They were in every mall and frequently had these "10 for $10" sales back then too. I was a deal-seeker back then, so you know I took advantage.
Currently, for a limited time, Claires.com is hosting an online 10 for $10 Sale where you can get 10 of thier redline items for $10! That's $1 per item! They have a lot of things like gloves, headbands, etc. I am a little old for this stuff now but it's a good time to stock up on cheap gifts for the young girls in your life (Birthdays, Easter baskets, save for next Christmas...)
Keep in mind that your order must be in multiples of 10 and you will have to pay shipping for orders under $45.
